RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the Cultural Heritage Board: <br />1. DETERMINE that Planning Case P15 -0899 is categorically exempt from California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) and 21084.1 of the <br />CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity <br />will have a significant effect on the environment, and, <br />2.
