Further, the City Council determined it <br />Second <br />X <br />would not appoint Alternates to the Human Relations Commission. <br />All Ayes <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed for lunch at 11:10 a.m. and reconvened <br />at 1 p.m. <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />Following interviews with Linda Ammeraal, Michael Bright, <br />Timothy Davis, Javier Hernandez, Robert Moran, Donald Munnecke, <br />Forest Trowbridge and Kyle Snow, the City Council appointed <br />Michael Bright for a four-year term ending March 1, 2000; Forest <br />Trowbridge was appointed as First Alternate and Linda Ammeraal <br />Motion <br />X <br />was appointed as Second Alternate for one-year periods ending <br />Second <br />X <br />March 1, 1997. <br />All Ayes <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Following interviews with Russell Criswell, Martha Farrington, <br />Virginia Holten, Thomas Hunt, Mary Lou Morales, Ronald "Ed" <br />Rush, Susan Shafai and Paul Whitehouse, the City Council <br />appointed Susan Shafai for a four-year term ending March 1, <br />2000; Mary Lou Morales for the remainder of a term ending <br />Motion <br />X <br />March 1, 1997; and Ronald "Ed" Rush was appointed as Alternate <br />Second <br />X <br />for a one-year period ending March 1, 1997. <br />All Ayes <br />Councilmember Moore declared the City Council adjourned at <br />5:35 p.m. <br />By Yat,(� <br />Deputy C' Clerk <br />81-258 <br />
