CU-012-978 <br /> <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 19231 <br /> <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br />3 GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br />4 WHEREAS on January 8, 1998, the Planning Commission of <br />5 the City of Riverside failed to approve or deny the application <br />6 of Bundy-Finkel Architects in Zoning Case CU-012-978 for a <br />7 conditional use permit to establish a fast food restaurant with <br />8 a drive-thru lane as set forth and subject to requirements of <br />9 Section 19.30.020 of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br />10 WHEREAS Craig Burns, Southland Venture, LLC, on behalf <br />11 of Bundy-Finkel Architects, appealed to the City Council from <br />12 the determination of the Planning Commission; and <br />13 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />14 conducted a public hearing on February 3, 1998, in the matter of <br />15 said appeal; <br />16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />17 the City of Riverside that it be and is hereby found and <br />18 determined from the facts and conditions shown by the evidence <br />19 at the public hearing and by the investigation of the City <br />20 Council that the conditions set forth in Section 19.64.130 (b) <br />21 exist, and the granting of the conditional use permit will be in <br />22 harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Riverside <br />23 Municipal Code. <br />24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a conditional use permit be <br />25 and is hereby granted to establish a fast food restaurant with <br />26 drive-thru and indoor play area on approximately .71 vacant <br />27 acres at the southeasterly corner of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard <br />Atto~ey's Office <br />~re~ <br />CA ~522 <br />782-5567 <br /> F:\WPDATA\~S\98021701.KG <br /> <br /> <br />
