CITY OF RIVl IDE <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />Date of Meeting: September 17, 1996 <br />Time of Meeting: 9 A.M. <br />Place of Meeting: Council Chamber, City Hall <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge announced that Councilmembers Moore and <br />Defenbaugh are out of town on City-related business and <br />Councilmember Pearson was called for jury duty. <br /> <br />The Invocation was given by Councilmember Thompson. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Meetings of September 10, 1996, were ap- <br />proved as presented. <br /> <br />PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge presented Certificates of Appreciation to <br />Dr. Ronald Ellis, President, California Baptist College, and <br />Don Hargess, Director of World Changers, for their coordina- <br />tion and efforts in facilitating work projects throughout the <br />City of Riverside.
