CITY OF RIVi 3IDE <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />Date of Meeting: August 27, 1996 <br />Time of Meeting: 9 A.M. <br />Place of Meeting: Council Chamber, City Hall <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge called the City Council meeting 'to order at <br />9:30 a.m. following the Redevelopment Agency Meeting. <br /> <br />The Invocation was given by Councilmember Moore. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Meeting of August 13, 1996, were approved <br />as presented. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE - CITY CLERK <br />Mayor Loveridge administered the Oath of Office to newly ap- <br />pointed City Clerk, Colleen J.
