OF RIVER RUN - <br />SYCAMORE CANYON BUSINESS PARK <br />3 P.M.--Hearing was called on the proposal of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company <br />for an industrial plot plan consisting of an approximately 482,000-square-foot <br />warehouse building, 70 parking spaces, and 77 trailer spaces on approximately <br />23 vacant acres situated westerly of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard and southeasterly <br />of River Run Road within the Sycamore Canyon Business Park Specific Plan in <br />Zones MP and RA, with the City Council to also consider the determination by the <br />Planning Commission that the proposed project will not have a significant effect on <br />the environment and that a Negative Declaration be adopted. No protests, written or <br />oral, were presented. The public hearing was officially closed. The City Council <br />approved Zoning Case MP-004-989, subject to the recommended conditions, adopted <br />the staff report, Variance Justification Form, and environmental assessment as <br />findings; determined that the approval of this project would not have a significant <br />effect on the environment and concurred in the adoption of a Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration; and determined that the project could have the potential for adverse <br />effects on wildlife resources and the applicant is responsible for payment of Fish and <br />Game fees at the time the Notice of Determination is filed with the County. <br /> <br />ZONING CASE RZ-012-989 - SYCAMORE CANYON SELY. OF RIVER RUN - <br />SYCAMORE CANYON BUSINESS PARK - ORDINANCE INTRODUCED <br />3 P.M.--Hearing was called on the proposal of Sycamore Canyon Associates to place <br />approximately 18 vacant acres situated on the westerly side of Sycamore Canyon <br />Boulevard southeasterly of River Run Road in the Sycamore Canyon Business Park <br />in Zone MP, and remove same from Zone RA, with the City Council to also consider <br />supplementing the requested zoning with Zone S and the determination by the <br />Planning Commission that the proposed project will not have a significant effect on <br />the environment and that a Negative Declaration be adopted. No protests, written or <br />oral, were presented. The public hearing was officially closed.
