Shackelton, Canty Engineering Group, Inc.,
representing Parkview Community Hospital for a revised conditional use permit to
construct an approximately 4,480-square-foot central mechanical systems building to
be located within an area that is currently a small parking lot for the hospital on the
westerly side of Wheeler Street southerly of Garfield Avenue. The hospital is
situated on approximately 13 acres at 3865 Jackson Street, generally bounded by
Jackson, Garfield, Wheeler, and Miller Streets, in Zone R-1-65. The City Council
upheld the Commission's determination that the proposal would not have a
significant effect on the environment; concurred in the adoption of the Negative
Declaration; and found there is no evidence that the proposed project will have any
potential for adverse effect on wildlife resources and the impacts of the

project are found to be de minimis pursuant to Section 711.4 of the Fish and Game

COUNCILMEMBERS

BMDKCTP
EOEALHE
AOFNIOA
TREEFMR
YEN FPS
B OSO
A RON
U DN
G
H

WARDS

I 2 3 4 5 6 7

Present

XXXXXXX

Motion
Second
All Ayes

X

X

Motion
Second
All Ayes

X

X

84-221
