CITY OF RIVERSIDE CITY COUNCIL Minutes of: Date of Meeting: Time of Meeting: Place of Meeting: Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council January 26, 1999 9 a.m. Council Chamber, City Hall Roll Call: In the absence of Mayor Loveridge who is attending a League of California Cities meeting in Brea, Mayor Pro Tempore Clifford called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - FY 1998-99 TO 2003-04 Following opening remarks from the Budget Director, the City Council began its review of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY 1998-99 to 2003-04. FIRE DEPARTMENT The Budget Director and Fire Chief reviewed the Fire Department Capital Improvements, beginning on Page 43 of the CIP, and answered questions from the City Council. The City Council tentatively approved the Fire Department portion of the FY 1998-99 to 2003-04 CIP. MUSEUM DEPARTMENT The Budget Director reviewed the Museum Department Capital Improvements beginning on Page 53 of the CIP. The City Council: tentatively approved the Museum Department portion of the FY 1998-99 to 2003-I)4 CIP. POLICE DEPARTMENT The Budget Director reviewed the Police Department Capital Improvements, beginning on Page 77 of the CIP, and answered questions from the City Council. The City Council tentatively approved the Police Department portion of the FY 1998- 99 to 2003-04 CIP. AIRPORT DEPARTMENT The Budget and Airport Directors reviewed the Airport Department Capital Improvements, beginning on Page 15 of the CIP, and answered questions from the City Council. The City Council tentatively approved the Airport Department portion of the FY 1998-99 to 2003-04 CIP. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The Budget Director and Assistant City Manager Paulsen reviewed the Administrative Services Capital Improvements, beginning on Page 9 of the CIP, and answered questions from the City Council. The City Council tentatively approved the Administrative Services Department portion of the FY 1998-99 to 2003-04 CIP. NON-DEPARTMENTAL Assistant City Manager Paulsen reviewed the Ix[on-Departmental Capital Improvements, beginning on Page 57 of the CIP, and answered questions from the City Council. The City Council tentatively approved the Non-Departmental portion of the FY 1998-99 to 2003-04 CIP. PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT - REF. TO COMM.
