(See page 84-56). <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />ZONING CASE CU-012-790 (REVISED) - 4196 VAN BUREN <br />The City Council upheld the action of the Planning Commission in approving subject to <br />conditions the request of Combs Marr Architects, on behalf of ARCO Products <br />Company, for sign variances at an existing service station and mini market at 4196 Van <br />Buren Boulevard, situated on the southerly comer of Van Buren Boulevard and <br />California Avenue in Zone C-2-S-1.
