Gaby Adame, Assistant Planner, presented <br />the staff report. Brian Coffman stated that the proposed lift at the facility <br />would not have the acrylic panels shown in the staff report pictures. There <br />were no comments from the public. Following discussion, the Cultural <br />Motion <br />X <br />Heritage Board: 1) Determined that Planning Case P15 -1036 is <br />Second <br />X <br />categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />All Ayes <br />review pursuant to Section 15331 because, as conditioned, the project is <br />consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment <br />of Historic Properties; and 2) Approved Planning Case P15 -1036 based <br />on the findings outlined in the staff report and summarized below, with an <br />addition the recommended conditions to include: new condition 11. The <br />Cultural Heritage Board at its meeting of December 18, 2015, requested a <br />submittal of an updated rendering that depicts the added railing around the <br />lift and material that is compatible with the concrete walls of the church. <br />The rendering materials and design of the lift shall be subject to the <br />Historic Preservation staff approval; thereby issuing a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for the project. <br />MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS <br />BRIEF REPORT FROM THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICER ON <br />RECENT CITY COUNCIL ACTIONS AND MAJOR DEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECTS <br />Ms. Gettis updated the Board on the department's efforts to replace Teri <br />Delcamp and Barbara Bouska. <br />Approved - Cultural Heritage Board Minutes — December 18, 2015 Page 1 of 2 <br />
