These applicants are as follows: <br /> <br />13 065 <br /> <br />Thomas & Marie Hoesman <br /> <br />3207 Orange Street. (1) <br /> <br />CW/SG <br />DT DIL <br /> <br />$5,000 <br />$22,500 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to re-work basement area, replace brick with concrete plaster, build a raise-up door at exterior <br />entrance and new steps, lawn and landscaping sprinklers, install sod grass, pour concrete in parkway, plant Crape <br />Myrtle trees and ground cover remaining of space. No lead test was performed because all paint is intact and no <br />painted surfaces will be disturbed. Owner has lived at the property for 3 years. Yard is landscaped and well <br />maintained. The house was <br />tested and found to be free and clear of any lead-based paint. Owner has lived at property for 23 years. Yard is <br />landscaped and well maintained.
