Russo, regarding price and terms of payment for <br />the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of 3653 Main Street, APN: <br />213-222-007, by Vanity Haus; Randall J. Rodriguez and Brian D. Hopper, <br />Negotiators; (2) §54956.8 to instruct City's Negotiator, John A. Russo, <br />regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange or <br />lease of 3615 Main Street, Suite 3, APN: 213-222-007, by Mind and Mill; <br />Timothy Jackson and Joshua Mauldin, Negotiators; (3) §54956.9(d)(1) to <br />confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Louis J. <br />Jean-Louis v.
