RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the Cultural Heritage Board: <br />L DETERMINE that Planning Case P15 -1036 is categorically exempt from California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15331 because, as <br />conditioned, the project is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the <br />Treatment of Historic Properties; and <br />2.
