RESOLUTION NO. 19037 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THAT CERTAIN DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE ACQUIRED IN WHOLE OR IN PART WITH TAX INCREMENT FUNDS AND ADOPTING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, ("Agency") has approved the execution of a Disposition and Development Agreement ("Agreement") by and between the Agency and Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. ("Lee & Associates"), a copy of which has been made available for public inspection and copying in the City Clerk's office; and WHEREAS, the property being conveyed by the Agreement was acquired in whole or in part with tax increment funds received by the Agency pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33670; and WHEREAS, Health and Safety Code Section 33433 requires the City Council, as the legislative body of the Agency, to approve the sale of the property to be conveyed by the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Summary Report required by Health and Safety Code Section 33433 was made available for public inspection and copying; and WHEREAS, notice of this public hearing was published for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the community on January, 14 and 20, 1997; and WHEREAS. the City's staff has determined that the execution of the Agreement remains within the scope of the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration under Case No. EP-008-967, approved by the City's Planning Commission on January 9, 1997, and as mitigated will not have a significant effect on the environment; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the foregoing, an initial study and a mitigated negative declaration have been prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), the State CEQA Guidelines and the City's CEQA Guidelines; and WHEREAS, the City provided copies of the initial study and negative declaration; and WHEREAS, the City has considered all comments received regarding the negative declaration; and WHEREAS, the City has carefully reviewed the final negative declaration and all of the information contained in the records pertaining to the Agreement.
