This/these applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />14-002 <br /> <br />Albert Robinson <br /> <br />5061 Sierra Vista Avenue <br /> <br />CW Er/G <br /> <br />$980 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to repair leak in main water line. No lead-based paint inspection was performed because all <br />work is exterior and will not disturb any painted surfaces. Owner has lived at property for 31 years. Yard is <br />landscaped and well maintained. There is no history of previous loans or grants, <br /> <br />14-004 Jacqueline Rushford 3636 Cedar Street DT DIL $18,200 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to paint exterior, install new driveway, relocate hot water heater, pour new hack porch, install <br />spark arrestor/rain cap, re-enforce columns at front porch, install vent screens, motion light, re-wire entire house, <br />up-grade electrical panel, enlarge attic access, remove floor heater, and remodel bathroom. Lead-based paint will <br />be addressed by a Certified Contractor. Owner has lived at property for less than I year - located in Mission <br />Village, I-year requirement waived.
