Each winner received a <br />$250 cash prize and their winning artwork will be featured on the Riverside Public <br />Utilities bottled water for the next year. <br />Also honored was Norte Vista High School teacher Mrs. Carole Lopez and La Sierra <br />High School teacher Mr. Bill Miller who received a $50 gift certificate to a local art <br />supply store for her classroom. <br />2 EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS <br />The Board of Public Utilities recognized Riverside Public Utilities Water Utility Field <br />employees and Water Pipefitters. <br />CITIZENS PARTICIPATION <br />3 Public Comment - None. <br />
