I understand that Ms. Smith had concerns regarding the electric service upgrade <br /> that was to take place at her 6265 Barranca Drive residence. However, after speaking <br /> with you, her concerns were eased, as she described your attitude as "beyond nice" and <br /> that your smile emanated through the phone. <br /> I would like to thank you as well for your professionalism and capability exhibited, along <br /> with your commitment to our mission of providing the highest quality service that RPU <br /> represents. We concentrate on providing good customer service and, once again, you <br /> are an excellent example of that effort. <br /> A copy of this memo will be forwarded to the Board of Public Utilities, and a copy will <br /> also be placed in your personnel file.
