EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS <br /> The following employee was presented with a SPAM award from Deputy General Manager <br /> Steve Badgett: <br /> Jeff McKown -Senior Engineering Technician <br /> (Board Member Gustavo Segura arrived at 8.37 AM) <br /> MINUTES <br /> 1. The approval of the regular meeting minutes from the Board of Public Utilities meeting held <br /> on August 6, 2010 were approved as submitted. <br /> Motion- Titus. Second-Scott-Coe <br /> Ayes: Sutter, Elliott, Titus, Davidson, Sanchez, Scott-Coe, Segura, and Ament. <br /> Noes. None. <br /> Absent: Mary Curtin (excused absence due to vacation) <br /> CITIZENS PARTICIPATION <br /> If you would like to speak regarding a matter not on the printed Agenda, please come forward and <br /> stand until recognized by the Chair-Public Participation is limited to 3 minutes on all items <br /> included in the agenda. <br /> Residential customer John Lewis addressed the Board regarding his concern with the reading of <br /> his water meter. He stated that his meter reading cycle was 34 days opposed to 30 days. Mr. <br /> Lewis requested that RPU implement a procedure for all meters be read on 30 days or not late. <br /> Deputy General Manager Badgett stated this issue should be agendized at the Finance and <br /> Marketing meeting to be held on September 24�n after which it will be brought back to the full <br /> Board. <br />
