Britt Holstrom spoke regarding warehouses and traffic along <br />the 215 freeway. Jason Hunter spoke regarding Paul Davis v. City of <br />Riverside and the Utility 2.0 Strategic Plan. <br />CLOSED SESSIONS <br />The City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for closed <br />sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.9(b)(3)(c) to confer with <br />and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Paul Davis v. City of <br />Riverside, Tort Claim No. 15-08-04;(2) §54956.9(d)(1) to confer with and/or <br />receive advice from legal counsel concerning State of California et al. ex rel. <br />[UNDER SEAL] v.
