Electric Rules 8, 10 and 11 provide that the applicant (Citrus Tower Corporate Plaza) pay the full
cost to relocate existing facilities to clear for development and the temporary power service. The anticipated
electric revenue for the proposed new building will partially offset the electric installation costs for the portion
of the facilities installed that will be used for the permanent service. It is estimated that the applicant will pay
a service charge of approximately $82,000.
Prepared by: Stephen H.
