CITIZEN PARTICIPATION <br /> None <br /> 2. WATER QUALITY LABORATORY CONSULTANT SERVICES UPDATE <br /> Water Operations Manager, Jorgenson brought to the Water Committee an update on the existing <br /> contract and selection of a Laboratory Services Consultant. Several topics were discussed including <br /> CDPH, (California Department of Public Health), requirements and several monitoring programs. The <br /> lowest bid received was from MWH Laboratories, with the base bid coming in at $325,110. <br /> After some discussion, the Water Committee approved a motion recommending <br /> ■ That the Board of Public Utilities approve a three year contract with MWH Laboratories in the <br /> original annual amount of $700,000. <br /> Motion: Committee member Davidson, Second: Committee member Scott-Coe <br /> 3. L ocKHEED MAR TIN CORPORA TION A GREEMENTS UPDA TE <br /> Water Operations Manager, Jorgenson brought to the Water Committee a brief history on the <br /> Agreements with Lockheed Martin. Staff is proposing two amendments to the Agreements which will <br /> be brought to the Board in the near future, to add Raub Well 7 to the TCE and Perchlorate <br /> Agreements. <br /> After some discussion, the Water Committee approved a motion recommending <br /> • That the Board of Public Utilities recommends to the City Council: <br /> 1. An Amendment to the Lockheed Martin TCE Agreement to add treatment of Raub Well <br /> 7, and <br /> 2. An Amendment to the Lockheed Martin Perchlorate Agreement to treat Raub Well 7. <br /> Motion: Committee member Davidson, Second: Committee member Scott-Coe <br /> 4. UPDATE ON RIVERSIDE GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND GROUNDWATER MODELING <br /> Water Resources Manager Rasouli and Senior Resource Analyst Field brought to the Water <br /> Committee an update on the Riverside-Arlington Basins Groundwater Model and Groundwater <br /> Management Plans. This item will come to the Full Board sometime in April. <br /> Following discussion the Water Committee recommended approval of a 90 day no cost extension to <br /> Consultant for completion. <br /> Motion: Committee member Scott-Coe, Second: Committee member Davidson <br />
