VICTORIA RECYCLED WATER RESEARCH PPOJECT--TAX DEFAULT PARCEL Assistant General Manager Gary Nolff reported on the proposed acquisition of a County Tax-Defaulted parcel between Irving and Monroe. ORANGE SHOW ROAD --FORMER M&D JOhNSONIHOME LUMBER LEASE Utilities Property Agent Irene Martinez discus:red the status of the now vacant 38 acre parcel located on Orange Show Road, east of Waterman Avenue. The committee received& fired this report. 4- UD0 INVESTORS LEASE AMENDMENT PROF OSAL Assistant General Manager Gary Nofff updated the committee on UDO Investor's 6-month rent abatement and property/sulto configuratf m proposal and commented that it was not a viable proposal. SIXTH AMENDMENT TO GAGE CANAL OPERATING AGREEMENT Udrilies Property Agent Irene Martinez update I the committee on an amendment to the Gage Operating Agreement. WHITEGATES 2 RESERVOIR-PROPOSED L ICE VSEAGREEMENT WITH WESTERN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT Assistant General Manager Gary Nolff discuss?d WMWD's request for a temporary Right of Entry and license agreement for WMWD`s long t term maintenance of the property. Chair Ken Sutter moved to bring the matter to the Board, with a second by Ian Davidson.
