Public Comment Period This is the portion of the meriting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding Board of Public Utilities interviews - Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence. 2. Board of Public Utilities interviews and appointments for Wards 3 and 4 seats--With full quorum, five affirmative quotes required. With less than full quorum, four a{ir171athle votes" required.
