CITIZEN PAR TICIPA TION None 2. UPDATE ON WATER USE EFFICIENCY MASTER PLAN Assistant General Manager Milligan and Water Resources Manager RasouIi updated the Water Committee on the Water Use Efficiency Master Plan which includes a list BMP's, (Best Management Practices), that will be identified. Kennedy/Jenks reviewed RPU's Base Year File to analyze compliance levels. Additionally, current water use efficiency program data being collected for the 2008-2009 reporting period was also reviewed. The Water Committee received and filed this report. 3. UPDATE ON SAFE W.A.T.E.R. PLAN Assistant General Manager, Milligan presented to the Water Committee the regular update on the Safe W.A.T.E.R. Plan. The Water Committee received and filed this report. 4. GENERAL MANAGERS REPORT None 5. ITEMS FOR FUTURE CONSIDERATION The Water Committee requested that Staff bring two items before the Committee, the efficient usage of landscaping water and a discussion on promotion for the use of Artificial Turf. It was also requested that these be presented as separate agenda items from the updates on the Water Use Efficiency Master Plan.
