Engineering <br /> was performed by Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) staff and electric work will be performed by either RPU <br /> staff or by contractors utilizing RPU's Contractor's Panel, <br /> FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> The total project cost is estimated at $251,000. Funds are budgeted and available for this project in the <br /> Distribution Line Extensions Account No. 6130000-470501. These costs will be reimbursed pursuant to <br /> Electric Rules 10 and 11 that requires the applicant pay the full cost of facilities to serve new or <br /> increased non-commercial or non-industrial loads prior to work being performed. <br /> Prepared by: Stephen H.
