CITIZENS PARTICIPATION <br /> None. <br /> 2. DISCUSSION OF GREENR/VERSIDE.COM <br /> Assistant General Manager Marketing/Customer Relations Bacich provided an overview of the new <br /> GreenRiverside.com website and demonstrated its ease of use, interactive capabilities, and general <br /> content. The committee voted to receive and file the report. <br /> Moved: Scott-Coe Second: Titus All Ayes <br /> 3. UPDATE ON FUTURE OFFICE SPACING NEEDS <br /> General Manager Wright discussed the City Council's approval of the relocation of the Public Utilities <br /> Department to the Wells Fargo building (3750 University Avenue),the Police Department's relocation to <br /> Orange Square, and additional future planned relocations of staff from Utilities Plaza and Market Street to <br /> Flight Road and/or the Wells Fargo buildings. <br /> 4. UPDATE ON MOODY'S PROPOSAL TO ADJUST KEY RATIOS FOR PUBLIC POWER <br /> Assistant General Manager Finance/Administration Kerr provided more details to the committee on <br /> Moody's request for comments regarding their proposed changes to key financial ratios for public power <br /> entities and staffs participation with APPA and SCPPA to submit joint comments. Also discussed were the <br /> potential negative impacts to RPU if Moody's proposal is implemented, and RPU's letter to Moody's <br /> outlining RPU specific concerns and recommendations. <br /> 5. GENERAL MANAGERS REPORT <br /> None. <br /> 6.
