OnvENs PARTICIPA TIDN <br /> None. <br /> 2 LDNG-TERM NA TURAL GAS STRATEGY <br /> Assistant General Manager Resources Nolff discussed the Utilities' long-term strategy for natural gas <br /> procurement. <br /> 3. CIS UPDA rE <br /> Utilities Information Technology Project Manager Atoya Mendez updated the committee on the <br /> development and release of the Requests for Proposals, and the next steps,to replace the Utilities'current <br /> utility billing and customer service software system. <br /> 4. RATING AGENCY PRESENTATION <br /> Assistant General Manager Finance Kerr presented the highlights of the April 2011 presentation to the <br /> credit rating agencies for the upcoming 2011 Water Refunding Bond Issue, and the water utility's credit <br /> strengths supporting the General Manageras request that the rating agencies consider an upgrade to the <br /> Water Utility's credit rating. <br /> 5. FLIGHT ROAfl BUILDING INSPECTION <br /> General Manager W right discussed renovationsrmprovements that will be brought to the Board for funding <br /> approval regarding the Flight Road building for relocation of customer service and other Utility staff <br /> members. <br /> 5. VACANCY REPORT <br /> General Manager W right updated the committee on some positive efforts to fill Utility vacancies. <br /> T. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Assistant General Manager Finance Kerr discussed an upcoming public hearing to clarify the intent,insure <br /> consistency,and other minor administrative modification to the electric and water rates and rules.
