OVERVIEW OF POWER RESOURCES DIVIsiON <br /> GM Wright provided an overview of the Power Resources Division and potential recruitment and <br /> retention challenges to be addressed. <br /> 3. UNPLANNED OUTAGES <br /> Deferred to October meeting. <br /> 4. DOMESTIC TIME OF USE ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULE <br /> AGM Milligan and Fiscal Manager 5einturier provided an overview of the proposed customer- <br /> optional Domestic Time of Use rate schedule. Fallowing discussion, the Committee adopted the <br /> recommendation. <br /> Recommendation: That the Customer Relations/Finance Committee recommend <br /> the Board of Public Utilities consider the proposed Domestic Time-of-Use Rate. <br /> Motion: Scott-Coe Second: Cash All Ayes <br /> 5. PROPERTY LEASEIPURCHASE—HILLWOOQ <br /> AGM Milligan presented an overview of proposed property transaction with Hillwood Investment <br /> Properties. Following discussion the committee was in agreement to continue investigation of a <br /> lease/purchase transaction. <br /> 6. GENERAL MANAGERS REPORT <br /> GM Wright updated the Committee on recent discussions wrth CAISO and CARB. <br />
