MEMORANDUM
Public Utilities - Administration
4V
DATE: July 19, 2012 REF ADMIN#: 12-032
TO: Lance Nunez, Engineering Technician
FROM: David H. Wright, Public Utilities General Manager
RE: Job Well Done
Corey Wilson, project manager for Tilden-Coil Constructors, recently wrote a letter of
appreciation for your "can do" attitude throughout their CAADO U.G. Utility
Improvements Project, making their accelerated schedule possible. Mr. Wilson was
impressed with how you were so in tune to the urgency of some of their issues and went
out of your way to help expedite plan check review and approval, preventing further
delay to their project start date.
Mr. Wilson indicated that Tilden-Coil's whole team, Riverside Community College
District, and the architect LPA, were all grateful for the teamwork that you, Bobby and
the department displayed from beginning to end.
I would like to thank you as well for your professionalism and capability exhibited, along
with your commitment to our mission of providing the highest quality service that RPU
represents. We concentrate on providing good customer service, and you are an
excellent example of that effort.
A copy of this memo will be forwarded to the Board of Public Utilities, and a copy will
also be placed in your personnel file. Thanks again for a job well done!
DHW:gsg
h:gglCorres\WrightlMemos\2012'.07-19 Harris-Job Well Done 12-031.doc
Attachment
cc- Belinda Graham
Steve Badgett
Bobby Harris III
George Hanson
Board of Public Utilities
Personnel File
