CITIZEN PARTICIPATION <br /> None <br /> 2. APPA CONFERENCE,SEATTLE, WA <br /> PU General Manager Dave Wright discussed with the committee Members attendance for the APPA Conference in <br /> Seattle,WA. <br /> S. UPDATE OF RESOURCE ADEQUACY PROGRAM <br /> Assistant General Manager Kerr gave an update to the Resource Adequacy Program to reflect current tariff <br /> provisions and emergency conditions. After discussion item was approved by the Customer Relations/Finance <br /> Committee and recommended to go to the Board of Public Utilities for approval. <br /> Moved: Scott-Coe Second: Cash All Ayes <br /> 4. UPDATE OF COST SAVINGS USING THOMPSON COBURN FOR FERC ISSUES <br /> Assistant General Manager Kerr updated Committee members on the financial impacts and benefits to RPU <br /> Ratepayers for use of Thompson Coburn for Transmission rate filing interventions at Federal Energy Regulatory <br /> Commission.After discussion the report was received and filed. <br /> S. REVIEW PERIODIC FINANCIAL REPORTING <br /> Assistant General Manager Milligan was to discuss proposed changes to Financial Reports periodically received by <br /> the Board of Public Utilities. <br /> *Item deferred to the May meeting. <br /> B. GENERAL MANAGERS REPORT <br /> General Manager Wright briefed the Committee on the progress of the upcoming RPU move to the Wells Fargo <br /> building. Assistant GM Milligan also informed the Committee of the successful remarketing of the Water Bond. <br /> 7. ITEMS FOR FUTURE CONSIDERATION <br /> • Tequesquite Landfill Solar Project—will be brought before the full Board <br /> • SONGS Presentation—will be scheduled for either the June or July Board meeting <br />
