Williams of the Riverside County Flood <br /> Control and Water Conservation District recently wrote to me commending you for the <br /> great customer service they received on the afternoon of December 28, 2011, Mr, <br /> Williams indicated that he really appreciated your swift response and quick action <br /> restoring the power to their offices after a bird had arced across the main power feed on <br /> a utility pole on their property, shutting them down. <br /> I would like to thank you as well for your professionalism and capability exhibited, along <br /> with your commitment to our mission of providing the highest quality service that RPU <br /> represents. We concentrate on providing good customer service, and you are an <br /> excellent example of that effort. <br /> A copy of this memo will be forwarded to the Board of Public Utilities, and a copy will <br /> also be placed in your personnel file.
