Delays in execution of the Agreement, unforeseen
RPU staff changes and additional time needed to collect the pertinent data have delayed the Project.
These delays require a First Amendment to the Agreement to extend the term through April 30, 2014 to
meet the Consultant and staff's availability to perform the remaining analyses and complete the Project.
The Project has already provided many recommendations for reducing energy consumption, which are
currently being implemented.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this report.
Prepared by: Todd L.
