Approval of the regular meeting minutes from the Board of Public Utilities meeting held on November 21, 2008. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION If you would like to speak regarding a matter not on the printed Agenda, please come forward and stand until recognized by the Chair. COMMITTEE REPORTS 2. WATER COMMITTEE REPORT - November 21, 2008 3. FINANCE/MARKETING REPORT - The Finance/Marketing Committee meeting scheduled on November 28, 2008 was rescheduled to December 12, 2008. The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
