NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> FOR THE RIVERSIDE BASIN <br /> That the Board of Public Utilities: <br /> 1. Conduct the initial public hearing regarding the City of Riverside's intent to <br /> draft a groundwater management plan (GWMP) for the Riverside Basin in <br /> accordance with the requirements of Water Code sections 10750 et. seq. <br /> (AB3030) and to receive public comment regarding the intention to draft the <br /> GWMP; and <br /> 2. Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution of intention to draft the <br /> GWMP for the Riverside Basin. <br /> (presentation by Max Rasouli — 10 min) <br /> The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. <br /> Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to <br /> persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act of 1990.
