NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE RIVERSIDE BASIN That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Conduct the initial public hearing regarding the City of Riverside's intent to draft a groundwater management plan (GWMP) for the Riverside Basin in accordance with the requirements of Water Code sections 10750 et. seq. (AB3030) and to receive public comment regarding the intention to draft the GWMP; and 2. Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution of intention to draft the GWMP for the Riverside Basin. (presentation by Max Rasouli — 10 min) The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
