Approval of the regular meeting minutes from the Board of Public Utilities meeting held on October 5, 2007. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION 2. If you would like to speak regarding a matter not on the printed Agenda, please come forward and stand until recognized by the Chair. COMMITTEE REPORTS 3. PROPERTY COMMITTEE REPORT—October 5, 2007 4. ELECTRIC COMMITTEE REPORT —The Electric Committee meeting scheduled on October 10, 2007 was cancelled. LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk.
