Approval of the regular meeting minutes from the Board of Public Utilities meeting held on August 17, 2007. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION 2. If you would like to speak regarding a matter not on the printed Agenda, please come forward and stand until recognized by the Chair. COMMITTEE REPORTS 3. "SPECIAL" PROPERTY COMMITTEE REPORT - The "Special" Property Committee meeting scheduled on August 17, 2007 was cancelled. 4. WATER COMMITTEE REPORT - The Water Committee meeting scheduled on August 17, 2007 was cancelled. 5. FINANCE/MARKETING COMMITTEE REPORT - The Finance/Marketing Committee Meeting scheduled on August 24, 2007 was cancelled. LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk. The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
