UPDATE PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF THE BLACK & VEATCH RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT REVIEW— PHASE I (oral presentation by Tom Resh, Black & Veatch — 30 min) MINUTES 1. Approval of the regular meeting minutes from the Board of Public Utilities meeting held on May 4, 2007. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION 2. If you would like to speak regarding a matter not on the printed Agenda, please come forward and stand until recognized by the Chair. COMMITTEE REPORTS 3a. PROPERTY COMMITTEE REPORT— May 4, 2007 3b.
