Approval of the regular meeting minutes from the Board of Public Utilities meeting held on February 2, 2007. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION 3. If you would like to speak regarding a matter not on the printed Agenda, please come forward and stand until recognized by the Chair. COMMITTEE REPORTS 4. PROPERTY COMMITTEE REPORT - February 2, 2007 5. "SPECIAL" FINANCE/MARKETING COMMITTEE MEETING - February 9, 2007 6.
