This/these applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />13-072 Everett Pruett I I 133 Bluejay Drive CW ERlG $3,200 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to re-pipe home due to a burst pipe that occurred during the project currently in progress. <br />Owner has already contributed over $2,700.00 out-of-pocket. Owner has lived at property for 17 years. Yard is <br />landscaped and well maintained. Owner received a senior grant in June. <br /> <br />13-01 I <br /> <br />Esther Jensen <br /> <br />3533 Verde Street <br /> <br />CW RIL <br /> <br />$35,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to replace windows, roof, raingutters, entry doors, paint exterior, garage door, electrical to <br />garage, repair water damaged ceilings, replace carpeting, install smoke detectors, interior doors, remodel <br />bathroom, install new kitchen countertops and flooring, and encapsulation of deteriorated lead-based paint at <br />exterior by a Certified Contractor. Owner has lived at property for I I years. Yard is landscaped and well <br />maintained. There is no history of previous loans or grants. <br /> <br />13-020 <br /> <br />Ramiro & Eliana Rodriguez <br /> <br />9865 Fox Street <br /> <br />CW DIL <br /> <br />$35,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to paint exterior, replace windows, install new roof, patio, sprinklers, re-pipe house, replace <br />entry door, water heater, garage doors, install GFI's, flooring, kitchen cabinets, toilets and vanities in both <br />bathrooms, and install new shower at master bath. Home was tested and found to be free and clear of all lead- <br />based paint. Owners have lived at property for 3 years. Yard is landscaped and well maintained.
