<br />2 <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />(CALIFORNIA TOWER ANNEX) <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4 This First Amendment to Agreement is made and entered into this 24th day of July, <br /> <br />5 2001, by and between the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Riverside, a public entity, <br /> <br />6 hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and Inland Pacific Advisors, Inc., 5225 Canyon Crest Drive, <br />7 Suite 360, Riverside, California 92507, hereinafter referred to as "Agent." <br /> <br />8 RECITALS <br /> <br />9 A. The parties hereto entered into an Agreement for Property Management Services <br /> <br />10 (California Tower Annex) dated the 12th day of August 1998 ("Agreement") wherein Agent <br /> <br />II agreed to provide Property Management Services to the California Tower Annex premises located <br /> <br />12 at 3780 Market Street, Riverside, California 92501 <br /> <br />13 B. The parties hereto desire to extend said Agreement at the existing rates and as hereinafter <br /> <br />14 provided. <br /> <br />15 NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the Agreements herein contained, the parties hereto <br />16 agree to as follows: <br />17 1. The Term of the Agreement shall be extended for the period commencing the 1st day of <br /> <br />18 July, 2000 through the 30th day of June 2002, <br /> <br />19 2, The provisions of Exhibit C to the Agreement, entitled "MANAGER'S <br />20 COMPENSA nON", subsection entitled "LEASING COMMISSION" is hereby replaced in <br /> <br />21 entirety and shall read as follows: <br /> <br />22 "Agent shall be paid a full commission for new tenants pursuant to paragraph 1.02 of Exhibit <br /> <br />23 A and the attached Leasing Schedule of Commissions ("Leasing Commission").
