2 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CALIFORNIA TOWER ANNEX) 3 4 This First Amendment to Agreement is made and entered into this 24th day of July, 5 2001, by and between the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Riverside, a public entity, 6 hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and Inland Pacific Advisors, Inc., 5225 Canyon Crest Drive, 7 Suite 360, Riverside, California 92507, hereinafter referred to as "Agent." 8 RECITALS 9 A. The parties hereto entered into an Agreement for Property Management Services 10 (California Tower Annex) dated the 12th day of August 1998 ("Agreement") wherein Agent II agreed to provide Property Management Services to the California Tower Annex premises located 12 at 3780 Market Street, Riverside, California 92501 13 B. The parties hereto desire to extend said Agreement at the existing rates and as hereinafter 14 provided. 15 NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the Agreements herein contained, the parties hereto 16 agree to as follows: 17 1. The Term of the Agreement shall be extended for the period commencing the 1st day of 18 July, 2000 through the 30th day of June 2002, 19 2, The provisions of Exhibit C to the Agreement, entitled "MANAGER'S 20 COMPENSA nON", subsection entitled "LEASING COMMISSION" is hereby replaced in 21 entirety and shall read as follows: 22 "Agent shall be paid a full commission for new tenants pursuant to paragraph 1.02 of Exhibit 23 A and the attached Leasing Schedule of Commissions ("Leasing Commission").
