Board of Public Utilities Member Ament was absent. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br />WORKSHOP <br />PUBLIC UTILITY 2.0 STRATEGIC PLAN <br />The Mayor, City Council, and Board of Public Utilities participated in a joint <br />workshop on strategic planning efforts; utility governance; and Utility <br />Infrastructure, Workforce Development, and Thriving Financially <br />"Roadmaps". No formal action was required or taken. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />Jason Hunter spoke regarding the Board of Public Utilities, revenue from <br />passive assets, the General Fund transfer, reserves, infrastructure, and <br />rates and rebates. Raychele Sterling spoke regarding the Board of Public <br />Utilities governance, accountability, and reserves. Tom Hunt spoke <br />regarding interaction with school districts.
