One person <br />spoke regarding the matter. The public hearing was officially closed. <br />Following discussion, the City Council (1) determined the proposed project <br />is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review <br />pursuant to Section 15332 (In -Fill Development); (2) approved Planning <br />Cases P15-0265 (CUP) and P15-0403 (DR) based on and subject to the <br />Planning Commission findings and recommended conditions found in the <br />staff report; (3) granted the appeal to modify the conditions of approval to <br />allow modular structures to remain on-site a minimum of ten years, with <br />Motion <br />X <br />further review occurring at that time; and (4) denied the appeal for a refund <br />Second <br />X <br />of appeal fees. <br />All Ayes <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2015-1 (ORANGECREST <br />GROVE) - RESOLUTIONS - ORDINANCE INTRODUCED <br />Hearing was called to consider the formation of Community Facilities District <br />No. 2015-1 (Orangecrest Grove). No one spoke on the matter. The public <br />hearing was officially closed. Following discussion, the City Council adopted <br />resolutions (1) approving a Joint Facilities Agreement with Riverside Unified <br />School District; (2) establishing Community Facilities District No. 2015-1 <br />(Orangecrest Grove) and establishing the boundaries thereof; <br />(3) determining necessity to incur bonded indebtedness; and (4) calling a <br />special election on propositions with respect to the annual levy of special <br />taxes and establishing an appropriations limit; whereupon, the titles having <br />been read and further readings waived, Resolution No. 22891 of the City <br />Council of the City of Riverside Approving Joint Community Facilities <br />Agreement with Riverside Unified School District of Riverside County for <br />Community Facilities District No. 2015-1 (Orangecrest Grove); Resolution <br />101-34 <br />
