Gilleece, Chair <br />Cultural Heritage Board <br />4261 Isabella Street <br />Riverside, CA 92501 <br />Re: Code of Ethics Annual Review <br />Dear Ms. Gilleece: <br />Resolution No. 22461 effective on October 9, 2012, adopted a Code of Ethics and Conduct for <br />elected officials and members of appointed boards, commissions, and committees. The <br />resolution requires that annually the Mayor, City Manager, City Attorney, and the Chairs of all <br />Boards and Commissions shall meet with the City Council Governmental Affairs Committee to <br />assess the effectiveness of the Ethics Code and its application. The 2014 review did not result <br />in any amendments to the resolution. <br />This matter will be heard by the Governmental Affairs Committee at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />September 2, 2015, in the Art Pick Council Chamber. The City Council public hearing on the <br />report of the Governmental Affairs Committee, which may include recommendations or <br />inclusion of new values or procedures, has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2015, <br />at 7 p.m. in the Art Pick Council Chamber. <br />You are welcome to appear at these meetings and be heard. Written comments may also be <br />submitted to the City Clerk's Office for distribution with agenda materials.
