This/these applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />13-019 <br /> <br />Richard McCloud <br /> <br />3408 First Street <br /> <br />DT HOPP <br /> <br />$10,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to paint the exterior of the home. The home was tested and lead-based paint is present. The <br />work will be perfonned by a Certified Lead-Abatement Contractor. Owner has lived at property for 14 years. <br />Yard is landscaped and well maintained. Owner received assistance in 1995 with a Downtown HOPP Loan. <br /> <br />13-015 <br /> <br />Maricruz P. Looney <br /> <br />7828 Evans Street <br /> <br />CBD/L <br /> <br />$33,262 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to expand living room and bathroom, legally convert garage into laundry room and den, and <br />install a carport. Home was built in 1993 so there is no need for a lead inspection. Owner has lived at property <br />for 6 years. Yard is landscaped and well maintained. Owner received an emergency grant in February. <br /> <br />12-092 <br /> <br />Fannie Mae Jackson <br /> <br />2441 Pleasant Street <br /> <br />CW HA/G <br /> <br />$5,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to install wheelchair ramp, garage door, smoke detectors, GFl's, and bring hot water heater up <br />to code. Because minimal amount of painted surfaces will be disturbed, lead paint is presumed to be present and <br />safe work practices will be used. Yard is landscaped and well maintained. Owner has lived at property for 22 <br />years. There is no history of previous grants or loans. <br /> <br />12-109 <br /> <br />Oscar & Justina Bautista <br /> <br />10273 Campbell Avenue <br /> <br />ALSG <br /> <br />ALS D/L <br /> <br />$5,000 <br /> <br />$24,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to install a new roof, replace windows, bring carport up to code, install patio, legalize garage <br />conversion, and construct new bathroom. Home was tested and found to be free of any lead-based paint. Yard is <br />landscaped and well maintained. Owner has lived at property for 8 years.
