This/these applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />13-019 <br /> <br />Richard McCloud <br /> <br />3408 First Street <br /> <br />DT HOPP <br /> <br />$10,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to paint the exterior of the home. The home was tested and lead-based paint is present. The <br />work will be perfonned by a Certified Lead-Abatement Contractor. Owner has lived at property for 14 years. <br />Yard is landscaped and well maintained. Owner received assistance in 1995 with a Downtown HOPP Loan. <br /> <br />13-015 <br /> <br />Maricruz P. Owner has lived at property for 22 <br />years.
