6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 231 25 26 27 SECOND EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES (Construction Management and Estimating Services) (DLC Consulting and Construction Management) THIS SECOND EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 5 th day of June ,2001, by and between the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Riverside, a public entity, hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and DLC Consulting and Construction Management, hereinafter referred to as "Consultant," with respect to the following facts: RECITALS: WHEREAS, Agency and Consultant entered into that certain Agreement for Professional Consultant Services ("Agreement") dated August 18, 1999, wherein Consultant agreed to provide Construction Management and Estimation Services for the period of July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000; WHEREAS, section 3 of said Agreement provides that the Agreement may be extended by mutual consent of the parties for additional twelve (12) month periods. WHEREAS, Agency and Consultant entered into an Extension to Agreement for Professional Consultant Services (Construction Management and Estimating Services) (DLC Consulting and Construction Management), dated August 21, 2000, ("Extension to Agreement") extending the Agreement for the first additional year in accordance with its terms and amending certain terms of the Agreement as set forth therein; and WHEREAS, Agency and Consultant desire to extend the Agreement for a second extension for a period of twelve months commencing July 1, 2001 and terminating on June 30, 2002; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows: I.
