He passed out objection letter for the vacation of Diana <br /> Street listing conflict of interest issues (1090 violations). He stated he <br /> would be back when the case was rescheduled. Mr. Sutton spoke on <br /> Item#3, which was taken off agenda due to a lack of quorum. <br /> Rich Gardner — 8268 Oakhurst Place, Riverside. Mr. Gardner stated that <br /> through personal experience he has learned that obtaining proper <br /> caregivers is very difficult. He proposed geriatric care facility at a property <br /> on Merrill Street. There is a growing need for geriatric care and hopefully <br /> it will be a drought-resistant industry. He mentioned externships for <br /> students from the nursing program from California Baptist University, UCR <br /> and Riverside City College. He would like someone to guide him with the <br /> process and left his card for staff to contact him. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> PLANNING CASES P14-1053 and P14-1054 — 1750 Dan Kipper Drive Motion M <br /> Proposal by David Ball of CT Realty to consider a Parcel Map to subdivide Second S <br /> three existing parcels, totaling 13.08 acres into 5 lots to facilitate the All Ayes X X X X <br /> development of five warehouse buildings ranging in size from 36,424 to <br /> 53.006 square feet in size. Brian Norton, Associate Planner, provided staff <br /> report. Applicant David Ball provided background information regarding <br /> CT Realty, he complimented staff on a good job for their work on the <br /> project, and provided information on how CT Realty addressed any and <br /> all issues that would impact residents surrounding the project area. He <br /> then presented Michael Dickerson of RK Engineering Group, 4000 W. <br /> Newport Beach, CA who provided information about the noise studies. <br /> Frank Geraci from Voit Real Estate Services, 3280 E. Guasti Road, Ste. <br /> 100, Ontario, CA provided information on the economics of the area and <br /> how the project would affect the inland empire economy. Steve Whyld, <br /> Ex.
