Teri Delcamp, Historic <br /> Preservation Senior Planner, presented the staff report. Kayman Wong, <br /> representing the applicant stated they were in agreement with the <br /> recommended conditions. Following discussion the Cultural Heritage Motion M <br /> Board: 1. Determined that Planning Case P14-0674 constitutes a project Second S <br /> that is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality All Ayes X X X <br /> Act (CEQA) guidelines pursuant to Sections 15305 (Minor Alterations in <br /> Land Use Limitations), 15331 (Historical Resource <br /> Restoration/Rehabilitation) and 15332 (Infill Development Projects); and <br /> 2. Approved Planning Case P14-0674 based on the findings outlined in <br /> the staff report, subject to staff's recommended conditions, with the <br /> addition that the existing structures not be demolished until such time <br /> that the entire project has been approved and building permit has been <br /> applied for, thereby issuing a Certificate of Appropriateness for the <br /> project. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS <br /> DRAFT CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT (CLG) ANNUAL REPORT, <br /> 2013-2014 <br /> Teri Delcamp, Historic Preservation Senior Planner, explained that in <br /> order for the City to maintain its CLG certification, we are required to <br /> Cultural Heritage Board Minutes—December 17,2015 Page 1 of 2 <br />
