Cote on behalf of <br /> Riverside Marcus LLC for a new 1,548 square foot, single story single <br /> family residence with detached garage on a contributing lot to the Wood <br /> Streets Neighborhood Conservation Area. Michael Cote, representing <br /> the applicant, stated they were in agreement with staff's recommended <br /> conditions, including the concrete suggested color change to grey. <br /> Sharon Wilson, addressed the Board regarding the design of the <br /> proposed new home. She was concerned and did not agree with staff's <br /> assessment that the new home design matched the area. Following <br /> discussion the Cultural Heritage Board: 1. Determined that Planning Motion X <br /> Case P13-0889 constitutes a project that is consistent with the Secretary Second X <br /> of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, which All Ayes X X X X X X <br /> is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15331 of the CEQA <br /> Guidelines; and 2. Approved Planning Case P13-0889 based on the <br /> findings outlined in the staff report, subject to staff's recommended <br /> conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of Appropriateness for the <br /> DRAFT-Cultural Heritage Board Minutes—March 24,2014 Page 1 of 2 <br />
