A T A E <br /> ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL v <br /> 3900 MAIN STREET E <br /> City of Arts �Innovation Z <br /> WARDS C C <br /> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 W w <br /> 1 � <br /> Roll Call: Present X X X X X X <br /> Chair Field called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m. with all members <br /> present, except Board Members Murrieta and Schulte. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag. <br /> COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br /> There were no oral comments at this time. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> PLANNING CASE P14-0096 — Municipal Code, Title 20 Amendment <br /> Proposed minor revisions to Municipal Code Title 20 to change how City <br /> Council representation on the Historic Preservation Fund Committee is <br /> determined and to correct and clarify other minor text and flowchart <br /> items. There were no comments from the audience. Following <br /> discussion the Cultural Heritage Board recommended that the City <br /> Council: 1. Determine that Planning Case P14-0096 is exempt from the Motion X <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Sections 15308, Second X <br /> 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3) and/or 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines; All Ayes X X X X <br /> and 2. Approve Planning Case P14-0096, thereby adopting an <br /> ordinance amending Title 20 based on and subject to the findings <br /> outlined in the staff report. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS <br /> BRIEF REPORT FROM THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICER <br /> ON RECENT CITY COUNCIL ACTIONS AND MAJOR DEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECTS <br /> Erin Gettis, Historic Preservation Officer, stated that once the Title 20 <br /> amendment is approved by Council, staff will be able to proceed with the <br /> meeting of the Historic Preservation Fund Committee. She stated that <br /> word is spreading regarding this program and staff has already received <br /> several calls expressing interest. <br /> ITEMS FOR FUTURE AGENDAS <br /> Ms. Gettis stated that staff is trying to organize a special meeting of the <br /> Cultural Heritage Board to meet with the consultant regarding the <br /> Japanese American Context. Staff had hoped to meet on March 27, but <br /> it appears that not everyone will be available on that date. She will <br /> obtain other dates from the consultant and confirm with the Board any <br /> Cultural Heritage Board Minutes—February 19,2014 Page 1 of 2 <br />
