BALDY AND SAN GORGONIO DRIVES — <br />ORDINANCE INTRODUCED <br />Hearing was called to consider a proposal by Darrell A. Butler for design <br />review of an approximately 121,390 -square -foot multiple -tenant industrial <br />building, amendment to Title 19 of the Riverside Municipal Code to rezone <br />approximately 6.2 acres from the CR -S2 -SP Commercial Retail Height of <br />Building (Two -Stories) and Specific Plan (Sycamore Canyon Business Park) <br />Overlay Zones to the BMP -S -2 -SP - Business and Manufacturing Park, <br />Height of Building (Two Stories) and Specific Plan (Sycamore Canyon <br />Business Park) Overlay Zones, and a variance to permit the building to <br />encroach into the required 40 -foot front yard setback on a vacant four -parcel <br />site located at the southeasterly corner of Mt. Baldy and San Gorgonio <br />Drives. Two people spoke regarding the matter. The public hearing was <br />officially closed. Following discussion, the City Council (1) determined that <br />the proposed project will not have a significant effect on the environment <br />and adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration; (2) approved Cases <br />P14-0600 (Rezoning), P14-0601 (Design Review), and P14-0602 (Variance) <br />based on and subject to Planning Commission findings and recommended <br />conditions as outlined in the written staff report; (3) required San Gorgonio <br />Drive to be improved to full width; and (4) restricted turning movements <br />to left turn only onto Alessandro Boulevard; whereupon, an ordinance <br />entitled, "An Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, Amending the <br />Zoning Map of the City of Riverside Pursuant to Chapter 19.090 of the <br />Motion <br />X <br />Riverside Municipal Code by Rezoning Land from Zone CR -S -2 -SP to Zone <br />Second <br />X <br />BMP -S -2 -SP", was presented and introduced. <br />All Ayes <br />Councilmember Perry returned to the dais at this time. <br />X <br />FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />Hearing was called to receive testimony from interested persons regarding <br />the proposed Fiscal Year 2015-16 Annual Budget. Twenty-seven people <br />spoke regarding the matter. Two letters were presented and considered. <br />100-335 <br />
